The Chef for my 50th birthday party wasn't able to cater last minute so I asked around my trusted friends and Prem got rave reviews. I contacted him and he was so kind and accommodating. I like eating healthy and organic and he was all about it. He went over the menu very patiently (and had a great selection of menus), shopped for the groceries, and came right on time and did everything he said he would. The food was outstanding and the presentation so beautiful! He truly made it the most perfect party ever and was such a wonderful addition to the event. From now on, he's my go to caterer. I highly recommend him as a person and a chef! Also a great musician if you can incorporate both!

Chef Prem is truly incredible. He has catered many events for me and each and every time it is the best anyone has ever had. His attention to detail and presentation are second only to how great the food each time. I personally wouldn't go with any other chef. If for any reason Chef Prem is not available I would change the date of my event. He just that good.
